Established in 2007 in the memory of founder president late Dr.Rafiq Zakaria, the Centre has emerged as a notable institute for higher studies and research. Under the able patronage of Padma Shri Late Mrs Fatma Rafiq Zakaria, it has made notable contributions towards higher education frontiers. With the state of art infrastructure and facilities, the centre has built a robust mechanism for building research capabilities within the campus.
